My name is Lynne Copp, and I am Founder & Managing Director of the Worklife Company. I am an Executive Coach, Leadership & Organisational Development expert. I work with Boards and Senior Leaders to create transformational change in leadership potential, organisational environments and culture.

I am particularly dedicated to improving outcomes for women in leadership and my expertise continues to be the topic of studies, writing and conference speaking.

I understand the complexity of organisations and people. As a leader myself, my experience plus capability, creativity, and empathy blends to deliver excellence and sustainable results.
